Woodland Work Carr’s Wood
The Community Action for Nature Group is going to be working over the rest of the winter to make Carr’s Wood and Pennyquick Park better for nature. At this session we’ll be removing blackthorn scrub from an area at the west of Carr’s Wood, this will allow more diverse plant and insect species to flourish on the grassy bank.
All equipment will be provided and no skills are required, just wear suitable clothing and bring a packed lunch.
Meet at Pennyquick View, just off Redland Park, BA2 1RY.
