A walk on the Cotswold Escarpment past Beckfords Tower, through Primrose Hill Community Woodland and along the Cotswold Way to Kelston Roundhill climb to Prospect Stile continue to follow the Cotswold Way to Hanging Hill and across the Golf Course to return to the start.
We walk past Beckford’s Tower before descending to the Cotswold Way which we follow through Bath before heading north up a steep climb. A short detour to reach the summit of Kelston Roundhill where there are, on a clear day, views of Bath and Bristol, if it is a clear day, binoculars will be useful. We continue along the Cotswold Way to Prospect Stile, Hanging Hill and the Grenville Monument. We return to the start via the golf course. Suitable walking shoes and attire. No need to book. Just turn up.
