Join local bird enthusiast, Lucy Starling, for this walk along the river and canal. We’ll be listening and looking for birds and other wildlife, such as early butterflies.
This walk is flat, though might be muddy in places. It’s suitable for families. To get the most out of the walk, the group will be small and will need to keep noise low.
It covers 4.5 miles over four hours, finish time is approximate and depends what we see along the way. If you’ve got binoculars, bring them along.
If the weather is completely unsuitable (eg storms/high winds) we will need to postpone it.
Booking essential, you can book your place here.
Lucy Starling is a member of RSPB, and a member of RSPB Bath and District Members’ Group and Bath Natural History Society, and you can see the walk or try it for yourself here.
