We are delighted to have partnered with Bath Mindfulness Trail to bring you an audio trail of Carr’s Wood. Originally part of City Nature Challenge weekend, we’ve extended it a little further.
Enjoy the woodland using all your senses to explore this little known corner of Bath. Over the long weekend, you’ll be able to walk through the woods, find the QR codes and listen to the Mindfulness exercises. You’ll need a smart phone, pencil and a picnic.
Whilst you’re there, you can use the iNaturalist app to record any wildlife you find. We’ll give you tips on what to look out for and you can download these activity sheets for children too.

You might also be able to spot some fairy doors – there’s 12 to find!
You can find the map and all the information you need here and check the map before leaving – you can start at either end, one at Walwyn Close and the other at the corner of Pennyquick Park at Pennyquick View.
