A Victorian folly marking in a mock druidic style where Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire meet.
This is right on the edge of the Bathscape area, north of Bannerdown. The folly is difficult to visit on foot, so this is not recommended. But you will pass it if travelling along the old Roman road of Fosse Way.
The surrounding landscape is typical of a Cotswolds plateau, with scattered farm buildings, stone wall field boundaries and occasional mixed woodland.
